Non-Refundable Fees: All consultation, processing, or application fees paid to ACI are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
If the student chooses to withdraw after service initiation (e.g., document processing, university shortlist, application submission), no refund will be issued.
ACI is not responsible for university or visa rejections as decisions are at the sole discretion of external institutions or embassies.
No refund will be provided in case of rejection, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Fees paid for visa filing or document verification services are also non-refundable once submitted.
In case of a visa rejection, we may offer re-application support at a discounted rate, subject to evaluation.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

Payments made directly to universities, testing agencies (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), or visa centers are subject to their respective refund policies. We are not liable for such refunds.
